The discovery call is completely free and you don’t have to commit to anything but it is a call with the intention to be transactional if we both agree to work together.

The VIP experience is an investment of 1000 euros. If you usethis link, you will be charged automatically. Refund are offered if you cancel the service 30 days before the date of the booking. Beyond that point, the service is non refundable. I would recommend only going through this option if you have already worked with me in the past.

Discovery Call: We’ll talk about your business, your ideal client and your website needs. I am also providing a breakdown of the questions I am asking on the call, as soon as I get your email, for people who need more details to feel comfortable.

VIP Experience: A kickoff call is offered to align on your website goals. However, this call is optional and if you feel like email exchanges are sufficient, we can proceed in that manner.

Discovery call: You will receive an email with the confirmation of the scheduled time, and you will have the possibility to reschedule the booking time in that email.

VIP experience: Please email us if you need to reschedule. Refunds are only offered if you cancel 30 days before the appointment time. Beyond this date, the service is non refundable. Design for Changemakers reserves the right at its own discretion to apply the money you already paid to another appointment.

Discovery call: It could be good to think about what you would like to have on your website, how many pages, what the website should do (blog, e-commerce, forms, emails), etc.

VIP experience: Yes, there is prework to be done, but you will get all that information as soon as you book. If you have any questions on that, please email us.

Discovery call: I generally do my best to keep the meeting under 30 minutes, but sometimes we are running longer, so plan for 30-45 minutes.

VIP experience: What it says on the tin - 48 hours ;)

The VIP experience includes up to 48 hours of my time and expertise. Because this is a time-based service rather than a deliverables-based package, the amount completed within that window depends on the scope of changes requested, the number of revisions, and how promptly feedback and decisions are provided.

The website will be built using a template, so I can guarantee the overall structure. However, extensive customizations or multiple rounds of revisions may exceed the 48-hour timeframe. In that case, an additional VIP experience may be required to complete the remaining work.
